Tuck's Discount Vitamins has created a new health professional - a Tuck's Certified Nutrapathic Consultant. The term Nutrapathic comes from Latin <Nutrire to nourish, feed and Greek <patheia the study and treatment of disease.

Tuck's Nutrapathic Consultants are trained to answer, in a knowledgeable, and professional manner hundreds of different questions about over 2000 different products [including over 100 different top selling natural health brands], over a dozen different natural health modalities, and client questions about hundreds of different health needs.

Natural health care is a growing, exciting, and interesting field that is ever changing. It is our belief at Tuck's Discount Vitamins that as said by Thomas Edison, "The doctor of the future will give no medicine, but will interest his patient in the care of the human frame, in diet, and in the cause and prevention of disease."

It is our goal that our "Tuck's Certified Nutrapathic Consultants" will be able to function as the "Edison defined Doctors", and help clients with their health needs without excessive dependencies on harsh synthetic drugs, invasive surgery, and toxic radiation. Our training program is designed to incorporate some of the components of the training that the following health professionals receive; a medical doctor, a pharmacist, a naturopathic doctor, a homeopathic practitioner, an herbalist, and a nutritionist.

We also train our Tuck's Nutrapathic Consultants to understand and refer customers to products, where appropriate, from over a dozen different natural health modalities including sports nutrition, herbalism, homeopathy, aromatherapy, flower essences, Ayurvedic medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine, etc.

Our training programs teach how to integrate both health approaches ["modern" and what we call "traditional"]. The courses can be taken by correspondence, and / or in our clinics at Tuck's Discount Vitamins locations. Our courses are designed for either personal development, and / or professional development. Professionally there are two distinctive designations - Certified Nutrapathic Consultants at various levels, and Certified Nutrapathic Practitioners at various levels.
