Shipping Costs from our Canadian Warehouse:
[a] In Canada and to the continental USA - there is a $7.50 CAD shipping and handling fee by post. If a client requests courier each delivery will quoted individually and charged the actual cost plus our normal fee.
[b] On export orders [other than the continental USA] the actual shipping costs are billed plus our regular handling fee for export orders of $10.00.

Payment Policy: We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, or prepayment by money order. All sales are final.

Claims: All claims for freight damage must be reported to the freight carrier and our order desk within 48 hours of receipt.

Our company is not responsible for damages caused by the freight company and / or regulatory officials, or acts of nature.

Returns: Returns must have prior written approval. All authorized returns will be subject to a 15% restocking charge - please note no exceptions unless due to our error, or our supplier's error. Expired, opened, or perishable products cannot be returned. All returns require prior management approval and the client is responsible for return freight costs.
